Paper Plane Mentors started from something very personal for both of us.

We’ve been lucky to have an education that didn’t just stay in books—it shaped our careers, our thinking, and the way we live our everyday lives. And even now, we’re still learning. That never really stops.

Over time, we realized something important—education isn’t just academics. It’s not only about marks or finishing a syllabus. It’s about how you grow as a person, how you handle life, and how you use what you learn in the real world.

Through our own journey, studying and working across places like India, Canada, and the UAE, and interacting with people from very different backgrounds, our perspective on education has evolved. From small towns to global classrooms, we’ve seen that learning looks different for everyone—and that’s what makes it powerful.

That’s why we don’t believe academics alone are enough for a child. Growth has to be complete. Confidence, life skills, and emotional wellbeing matter just as much.

We also know that every child is different. Not everyone learns the same way, and not every path needs to look the same—and that’s okay.

With Paper Plane Mentors, we want to create a space where students feel comfortable. A space where they’re not afraid of learning, where they can ask questions freely, grow at their own pace, and maybe even start enjoying the process.

For us, this is also about giving back something we’ve been fortunate to have—and helping students find their own path, in their own way.
